My College life
Now all most six months have been passed after getting passed out from college, appearing exam and joining the civil servants was like “History building of my age” and everybody does this.  Considering a good time counting the blessings in life, I would love to share as the bedtime story. Often I was passing through lots of tribulations in my flight against the life but keeping earth as my confidence, I have moved in life not like others but in my own ways.
As life is designed and decorated for the first and last chance, before the date of expiry endows, there is way of putting the last chance as “Golden chance”. If I were asked to describe about college life I guess I have got lot more stories. Particularly, life in a college is sorted out and can be understood as best kind of life being put to test. It was a life that one enjoys the most or could be considered as the best part of life I guess the decision is yours because in another side of the story one who roots from an average income family there is no way to the smiling story behind ones graduations.
Some may consider that college life is the ground for the next phase of life. The time waits for us to contemplate on the marriage life or to start the self-earning.
I remember the sensational poverty line passing through when I was sent to the school. When my friend was sent to the school I remained finding the longing joy with the cattle at home. Fortunately, there I had way to school: a poor village boy made to the journey of educations; of course cattle were left uneducated!
In college days being punctual remained just as a discussed theory for me and I remember fatefully failing to submit assignment on time or boiling myself in the last hour of exam preparations: but it had brought the lesson and it never eludes me in calling myself a teacher of self-potentiality.  The degree of fears and horrifying memoirs still haunts my poor heart. How ever there was pleasure in copy pasting and stealing the secret individual intellectuals like ideas, theories or pictures. Or we simply borrow the ideas and made sure they were consoled with the comforting words of simply stating that ideas were borrowed for for their next move or how to go about it. Only a little click of right hand could alter the hours and hours of work into a single turn of ownership. At last the best grade achievers were the last minute workers.
Reflecting on passing days from library room to the lecture theater, working in hour to hour, reading from single page to the final chapter of the library or reverence book would make me short of time to catch other activities. From football ground to basketball court, given the choice, my class would call play field as PCD’s home ground.
Another side of the college life was learning well on managing the daily cyclical regularities. My friend Choki writes “life is all about adjustment” in these lines I see true wisdom of everyday living. Being in college does not go as poorer or smaller in portions instead it was pulled and pushed by the rippling effects of peer pressure.   But choice is yours how you go about in adjusting the life.  At one time, lots of pressure from girlfriend for not able to be on appointment time or friends asking to join their long planed ventures but it was now a buoyant memory.

Spiritual savor
One particular event still that was very remarkable was the meeting of the extraordinary master, Dilgo Yangsi Rimpochey. I have read about his previous reincarnation and it such a moving experience to learn from him that he was same as the previous incarnation.
He was very kind enough to grant me the teachings on his mind treasure and LUNG on seven line prayers.  If I were asked to remember one particular incident I think being in the presence of Rinpochey was the extraordinary moment one in my life. When I look back to the conservation I had with him brings me the tears of joy. He advised me to take the pride of being Bhutanese and having the ownership of varjayana country. He said that the core principles of being Buddhist were ingrained in every Bhutanese Genes and DNA.
During the annual Drupchens and other ceremony I used to visit and get the blessing from him. All the time Rinpochey asked me “Are you fine?” I would say “yes la”.
Friendship of four and 4pcd
The silver lining of so called friendship and the meaning of friendship were learnt in those college days. My group was together in all times celebrating the success as well as failure in team. One thing that we as a group friend succeeded was uplifting the team spirits and promoting the language policy.  Our language was kept as English in daily conversations, if ones fail to abide by the policy, one has to take to college canteen for the treat without a single justification for breaching the law. There I had the good time and was belching occasionally because it was my idea behind this act but we can’t simply deny the undefeatable fun we get from it. Inside a class we sat together. The class participation was the most memorable among us because Cheki
Could execute her working strategy well, while I was reluctant in taking up the roles, Penjor would be behind me when I was about to lose my debating points to the worthy opponents.  To the adjacent Kelzang would be gazing at the internal game we had set forth to play. She takes up her role as the moderator in every discussion with her wit.
As Sangay nurture the dreams of being a composer and the singer with the “Mejay Mejay serious” Drubjor makes the whole class laughable with his accurate imitations. Cool bhadur smiling uncontrollably to everyone’s meeting was extraordinary. Kelzang Orongpa’s group was very sets of hardworking peoples; they stood as hardworking group, who had a better reputation in the class. While lazy groups of few could make out in the last hours of the due date assignments, there stood a good lesson for the class as a whole. In open class Lilly being the origins of western would sing his favourite Sharchop song “SHIN THIIN DENI THURLU RINCHODU”, all would find time to listen to him for occasional jokes inside the classroom.
Meeting of karma sir
I met karma sir and it was worth meeting him in my life. I don’t know how we came to sharing of warm closeness, but seeing of this man was like finding some encyclopedic books in my life. He expounds from way of life to the wings of butterfly. Being in his presence was like knowing who we are and his modesty is the unusual gift for all of us. And this man has been my wings of inspiration in reading, writing and learning and arts of photography.

Joy of an Adventuring
In every call on the Saturdays would be next plan to go for picnicking or trekking. The places are the part of learning. In every places there were lot more this for discovery. When we are able to be friend with different places we invigorate the souls. The souls were put into sinking in bursting bank of materialistic world. We become down to earth because wild flowers, air and the bees were sorts of natural seeing every day that regulates it and forget the picture of your rooms where you see the refrigerator, or seeing of the shattering news of thousand death on television.  We never appreciated in everyday seeing, but by getting to the different places all the trails that human had trodden become the living truth for us.
My four years of stay was enriching and fruitful. I often visited Paro Kichu Lhakhang and Khyense Rinpoche’s Museum in Paro that was the most touching place that I love to visit again and again. For me the seed of spiritual journey was started on earth from those places.
As I keep on ruminating to those by gone days, I find all the treasuring moments as fleeting moments that was afresh as morning dews. Perhaps, I feel life was, made there in college despite compromising certain shortcomings and understanding between the different aspects of life. I find the timely solace from three idiot’s song “Give some rain, give some sun shine, and Give me another chance to grow up once again”.

THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING MY PART.

Once upon a love-
To love someone doesn’t become easy from the heart but it requires certain courage and passions to say I love you. In the name of love human beings have made lots of sacrifices and rendered their services in all ways and means.
I don’t know why I made it happen for me at this time because for the decades of my schooling days I met many beautiful girls and could not declare my feelings but I did suppressed it as far as I could. And just my love story ended here.
To share about my loving story in the midst of it was sometime a painful story for me because only at this age I do value my feelings towards someone despite the unknown facts whether it was for good or bad causes I have loved so many girls and women in my life but having said that it’s never going to be the ending of my story here. I will love them whoever coming along my way.
I remember falling in love with someone for the first time when I was in class six, she was in my class. Given the fact that she became my seat mate and you know how much we did sharing of the secret intimacy for almost a year when privileged to seat together.
She was actually transferred from Tashi Gang. Her father had sought the admission in my school and may be like others I should say it was my love at the first sight upon seeing her.
She was beautiful and if I say it wasn’t but an average girl in beauty than I am telling you, my bundles of stored lies to you all. She was kind and good at heart. Sometime she used to write and complete my homework despite the fact that I had to travel a distance of few kilometers and day scholar life was hectic in nature as you were aware of it. Further she would share with me some sweets and l would love considering it as a token of love being honored to me.
Some might have seen as a love bird but it wasn’t, because there she had boyfriend from class eleven. He frequently come and disturbs my flow of talk to her. My admiring days were put to death after the entrance of that boy. But rate me not as problem to him as he too was a problem to my class because he came to the class without anyone’s permission.
The most painful sight of this story was I have to offer my seat to the boy from higher class. His name was Penjor. He was in love with the girl I had loved, what a curse at a time. He was two years senior to me and he had made his way to send me out from my seat. The moment I left for interval he would come and occupy my seat, it was so painful to see my girl who was put to so many questions and promises from him.
At a nearby distance from the window panel I would make a timely gazing to check what goes and does next to her. At the back of my mind I would sing the song of rejection from her, with my heavy hearts would be carried away by those thoughts maybe I should say emotional war.
As the ill luck unfurled and I could not continue in class ten, we weren’t together. She was never out of my sight. I would think of her as my life companion, hoping that one day I would call her as “darling, love you so much” but instead of calling darling now she was already taken by others.
At this point of time I feel I should have at the least endeavored once because my chance of rejection was never zero. I was topper in a class and I too celebrated my victory as an academic hero in my own ways. But things were too tough for me to say love her because it was a scary experience and suppressive feeling that I went on.
After class twelve we never met each other. During my time there were no mobile connectivity and our parting was marked with lots of hushing.  Later after her twelve result declaration I heard that she chose to become an     engineer. I rejoiced at her options and decision to become a engineer because I know she will become a great engineer in her life because she was also a bright student once in the class.
As I am closing my story I also do get lots of sad feelings because my first love was a complete failure. And after this experience I failed to nurture the true love to anyone because my first love shattered at first sight like broken an egg.
Declaration: This love story is factious and never intended for anyone’s discernment. It’s completely meant for feeding my burning passion for writings.

Staring Rabbit:
Who should be disciplining? Food or stomach…
Discipline is a boring term that I hear often. May be you too won’t like the idea of it.  Sometime it is superimposing and the ruthless training that one has to face- it doesn’t smell nice to one who underwent in bitter phrases of life in name and trait of discipline. However there are many benefits and credits in undergoing the path of discipline as said by all.
Have you ever thought of asking yourself the questions on discipline? Before we conclude with the common phrase, “ aney alo dhi drik mindu”( lacks discipline in him or her).  What really a “discipline” means? Common practices in schools are if some children exhibit uncommon behavior, we keep aside the questions of who they are, directly conclude that he or she is having a well good discipline.
 In the name of disciplining the children we often feed our ego to defame or demerit the children. If you really want of your children in taking up the discipline themselves- one methods can be like simply look at the processes and practices you do for your children at home; we can’t let them put our mask and dance as per our previously learnt steps- rather why don’t we let them realize the steps and find their musk that suits them;
It is not easy to discipline someone easily. But it is more than not easy to discipline self. Therefore, before we conclude the phrases with “Drik mindhu” let’s check our three doors- speech, body and mind. So that we see “Drik” in them.
Disclaimer: This is written not to demean or defame anyone. It is solely for feeding my passions

Staring Rabbit:
Remembering own Roots

I was born and brought up in a village called Gamung.
Most of you may not know the place but its a land that loosely connotes “The land of happiness.”
Description: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwUAuGHFCCs8pwgR26tAtGo51ygXPGzcc-CmEAB2PAjzl7Ue8rN4v20rm5Vg_xmOF1qlNbOuQXcF3aCoraOqcsXBVHc_PMGPbEDoy4_UJg1Utxo8ZIQEDB0E2rP9e0kY7o9HX9JwLIjCHP/s320/16558992_918020108300689_1356398889_n+-+Copy.jpg
My home, an institution of life, hope and dream.
Further the land is surrounded by maize field and houses are sparingly dotted on the slop.  Few years back I could see the hamlet was beautifully adorned with ripening oranges and blossoming scarlet in abundance, if you happen to take a look from Shali or Gonpung. (Neighboring village)
Now sadly, the skeletons of trees only can be seen as of the present day resulted in shattering the dreams of the farmers sending their children to school. Before, by selling tons of oranges farmers were once rich; they sent all children to school.  Now they have resorted to other means.
My days in a village were interesting, as a small boy I found the everyday joy from playing with my age mates.
At the age of six, I could go forest to assist my grandfather who had been in a month long herding the cattle. I remember myself being talkative like radio in wrong tune but now I prefer silencing like the beef and pork in corner kitchen, “I feel the change”!
Every afternoon, I would accompany him to the forest very thick forest. Time and then I was fallen in love with those cattle and I refused joining school because I learn the rhyming: Langtsho, Langjan, Shawtsho and Serjan, before I start the years of educating my raw mind.
Vividly, I recount being kicked off like a balloon by Serjan. (Cattle name) The scars tell my story of being a cowboy once upon. I cried when my Jatsim serjan was sold to clear off the long added debts in a family. Followed, by a horse to exchange a penny, animals were the backbone in my family. They have served us in multiple ways without failing.
Reaching eight I joined school. I don’t remember what exactly changed my mind to go school before I was reluctant enough to repel parent’s compulsions.  One reason for going to school could be inspired from Dawa whenever he took the delicious packed lunch it stole my heart to reach school.
Later I regretted for being too ignorant to join the class despite the repeated encouragement from family. Many of my age mates kept their eyes to me and I couldn’t keep going with them to school. After reading in class two I changed my school to Shumar lss.

Regarding my family, I have parents and grandparents. Both remained as living force in my family economy.
My parents were put into separation in the meantime of marrying and later both remarried and settled in newly found homes. The responsibility for taking care of the children was fallen to again grandparents.

As a mother she has endeavored all the hardships and pains in upbringing siblings, marriage and societal back firings. Neither she was down nor did she lose the promises of her children. She walked an extra miles like ancient soldiers in a battle field facing more enemies and left good prints of legacy in history. OfCouse, grandparents never failed to give their positive reinforcement to her in those darkening period of life.

Regardless of the new avenue challenges and heartbreaking loopholes, her children didn’t implore the divorce as token to indulge in web of bad company or into the menace of drugs to minus the family stature. Rather, sailing through the rough setting they discovered the complete path of freedom unlocking the treasure of life. All mastered the art of living by being the responsible children to the parents.
Having accepted the stages of childhood, I got educations. I never starved to death nor did poverty steal my youthful faces because of the circling love and care among the family members, relatives and society.
As I turn away from the land of Gamung, I still remember my enriching and promising days at Sangthabu, Gelongbrak,Dungjor and Sangshing, were the garden of childhood flowering took the root.  Nongar is still in my heart because my grandmother lived there with dancing heart.
Through-out my life, I will cherish the love and kindness of my grandfather and mother. My grandma is a modest woman who is always filled with loving kindness ready to radiate among the children.

My grandfather stood throughout his life with own legacy. He is an honest man on earth. His everyday conduct of living is based on the policy of clear-cut honesty. And it paid him a lot in running away from the bank of bureaucratic tyranny.
He had the privilege of serving people as Gup. He monitored the high way road construction between Pemagatshel to Samdrup Jongkhar.  Now he sits near warm kitchen over a cup of Ara, ruminating over the long accumulated reminiscences.
Recently, he quitted smoking and it was good news among the families. Seldom calling to Grandparents to ask about their health, grandpa never answered me once in call, but I am happy they are still alive to call my great grandparent.
In hard times, I miss their kindness in tones!

My life stood on the pulses of their love and care;Never old in my heart.
Finally, I have found a new place called Gonpasingma, historically founder was local priest Yaalo and Kaalo from Zobel village. Sometime life here is YAAlO, as-well as KAALO.I am happy here by any choices.
However, thinking little further, all those events are subject of metamorphosis what’s there to be sad and happy.

Seeing Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition with my Love

This year 5th Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition was held at Samdrup Jongkhar(Tendrel Thang) coinciding with the 39th  Birth Anniversary of His Majestic the King. Having graced the events by their Royal families and kings, it was a big celebration for the eastern people to see the wonders and beauties of flowers.
Hiding in the beauty of shyness-

I participated similar kind of flower exhibition that was held at Paro in 2015. It was a thrilling experience  as-if seeing a Daffodil by Wordsworth.  The beauty of flowers has captured the human hearts. The flowers have been a every day arts simply touching the truth of impermanence, romance and offerings of this universe.

The symbolism of flower has caught the imagination of human hearts for various reasons.
This year, I reached the venue with different heart and feelings. I offered the joy of seeing such exhibition to my love and paid tribute to my kings by praying for a everlasting joy and peace in the country.

I was fortunate enough to join the events on 24th with my sweet heart.I think our romance shall multiply like the glory of each flower. Such exhibition is also mean for learning the Arts of flower keeping for the flower lovers.
Standing in uneasy pose near fountain of love

One reason behind reaching to see the Royal Bhutan Flower exhibition was to offer my love to Pema. We together shall partner the life and see those stars, fishes and flowers together.
At the back of my mind I said my confession prayers for being too rude to her. Being boy is hard sometimes. Shamelessly,my action was too bad, in holding the heroic sense as man's genes, I have hurt enough, luckily my search for genuine love was found from Pema. She is my daily inspiration and she supports me in every call of my planning and thinking. I have lots of admiration for her as my wife.(not worthy of praise but those are my sincere feelings to her)

I consider it was of greater significance for both of us to delve in  love and affair relationship. Taking photograph for the first time and being in her shadow of love brought me a sense of gratification.

Here after, I have made my eternal prayers to see the beauty of life, love together.
Fresh love, fresh flower-fresh Rain

Circling the universal love near ZangdokPelri

Finally, Thanks to My King, family, friend and love for making it a successful love story for the day.
